About Dr. Dan
Dr. Dan grew up in Madison, OH and graduated from Madison High School in 1985. From there he joined the U.S. ARMY, and was stationed with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, KY. Dr Dan served in both Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. He then attended Middle Tennessee State University for undergraduate studies, and graduated from The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. Dr. Dan returned home to Madison, where he was employed by a local animal hospital for 10 years before beginning the mobile practice in 2009.
Dr. Dan met his wife Tina, a native of Nashville, TN, while serving in the military. They married in 1989, and will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary in June 2009. They both share a love of animals and the town of Madison, OH and its residents.
Dr. Dan and Tina have two children, Dominic who was adopted in 2002, and Gabby who was born in 2005 . Dr. Dan and Tina also have three cats and two dogs that share their home.
In his leisure time, Dr. Dan enjoys riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family. Dr. Dan is on the board of trustees for Project Hope for the Homeless, and he recently participated in a missions trip to Jamaica.
